Third Party Comparison of Exotic Superfruits Ranks A�a� as "Exceptional" Nutrient Source and "Highest Known" Antioxidant Strength

Salt Lake City, Utah (December 11, 2007) In a November publication of the �INSIDER�, Paul M. Gross, Ph.D., authors an article titled, Tracking Market Meteors: Exotic Superfruits. The article explores marketplace trends among six superfruits: a�a�, goji, mangosteen, noni, pomegranate and seaberry.

In his quantitative and qualitative assessment of nutrients and antioxidant strength, Gross recognizes the a�a� berry as an "exceptional source of polyunsaturated fats (particularly oleic fatty acid) and dietary fiber. On the same scale, mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana L.) received a "1", the lowest rank, for nutrients and antioxidant strength. Similarly, the noni fruit (Morinda citrifolia L.) ranked a "2" in nutrients and "1" in antioxidant strength.
