How can
we make bitter melons less bitter? The answer is "salt".
Always rub salt into bitter melons before you cook. This
will make the bitter melons less bitter than usual. Cut
a bitter melon lengthwise then remove the seeds and
white parts using a spoon. After slicing these, rub salt
into them thoroughly, and then wash the salt off from
them under the water. If you still didn't like the
bitterness after this, you can boil these bitter melons
